Difficulties I can help with

It is hard as a parent when you know that your child or teenager is struggling with something. You may have noticed changes in their  mood or behaviour. They may seem more sad and withdrawn than usual, they may be more argumentative and angry or they may be refusing to do something. You may have a very good idea what is going on for them but equally you may not. You may just know that all is not well and they are not themselves. An important part of my work with children, young people and  their families is building a trusting relationship within which we can explore what might be going on. The following list is just to give an idea of the range of difficulties I can help with. If there is something you need help with that is not on the list that you need help with then do please still contact me as I might be able to help.
